Results for the Shropshire Way – 6.4.19
This event included a 3.5k walk, a 10K run, a 42k marathon as well as the SW80K. Ian took part in the Mammothon Trail Marathon, all events took in some of the finest parts of the Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and followed almost exclusively the Shropshire way.

Results for the A Coventry Way Challenge – 7.4.19
Six Massey runners took on the full 40 miles of this race with another 10 taking part in the team relay, covering the same route. Both walkers and runners were encouraged to take part and there were check points during the event for competitors to register their times and to re-fuel with pork pie and cakes ! The challenge started and finished at the Queens Head Pub in Meriden and took an anti-clockwise route around the countryside, calling at Kenilworth, Stoneleigh, Wolston, Brinklow, Bedworth, and Fillongley.

Results for the Manchester Marathon – 7.4.19
The race village was located at Emirates Old Trafford, the home of Lancashire Cricket Club, with runners starting the race just a short walk away on the A56 White City Roundabout with the finish on Talbot Road outside Emirates Old Trafford. The first 3 miles of the route looped around Old Trafford and then headed south towards Sale & Altrincham, at 16 miles and after looping Altrincham the runners went through Sale and out towards Urmaston. The last few miles went through Stretford and back towards the cricket ground.

Results for the Solihull Half Marathon – 7.4.19
This race started and finished at Blythe Valley Park, Shirley passing through rural and semi-rural areas of Solihull. The anticlockwise route went out towards Cheswick Green just after mile 6 runners crossed the M42 towards Wood End and then over the M40 and along Cut Throat Lane and back over the M42 and along Kineton Lane back to the Business Park.

Results for the Leamington Regency 10k – 7.4.19
Founded in 2004, this event is organised by volunteers from Leamington Round Table, and supported by Spa Striders and other local groups. The race started at Newbold Terrace East and headed in an anti-clockwise direction around Newbold Comyn, before heading back into Royal Leamington Spa town centre, taking in Victoria Park and Jephson Gardens, the finish area was at Mill Gardens.
