Considering an organised race or fun run, but not sure how to prepare? Perhaps you are already a runner and want to improve your stamina and speed?

Beginners and improvers alike, our Racefit training programme will help you reach your goals in a supportive environment, transforming your running fitness and your confidence in just how far you can go and how fast you can be.

What is Racefit?

Forty minutes of core strengthening exercises using bodyweight, often adding a jogging or drills session at the end.

Caters for all abilities and builds up to thirty minutes of continuous running.

Open to anyone who wants to improve their fitness, whether a member of Massey Runners or not.

Winter Racefit
– Massey Ferguson Clubhouse, CV5 7NL.
– £2 members, £3 non-members (for room hire).

Summer Racefit
– Westwood Church Field, St Johns Church.
– Free.
