Run Faster Better Stronger More
Considering an organised race or fun run, but not sure how to prepare? Perhaps you are already a runner and want to improve your stamina and speed?

Have you been inspired by the weekend’s running events; Coventry 10k and half marathon, Stratford half marathon, Manchester and London marathons?
The next RaceFit eight week course is starting on 12 May and we are taking bookings.
The weekly sessions are held in the function room of the Massey Ferguson social club and are led by qualified coaches. They start with 45 minutes of core strengthening using body weight and aerobic work, we then go out for a run.
The course is open to anyone, catering for all abilities; complete beginners, C25K, parkrunners, runners returning from injury and those training for races. The aim of the course is to improve fitness and build to 30 minutes of continuous running.
The 8 week course costs £35, payable in advance and runs from 12 May to 7 July, (excludes 26th May) and is limited to 20 places.
Sessions are held at Massey Ferguson Clubhouse, CV5 7NL.
