Whether you’re a beginner or improver our “race fit” training programme will help you reach your running and fitness goals.
The 10 week course combines core conditioning training with group jogging sessions and will cater for EVERYONE OF ALL ABILITIES and build you up to 30 minutes and more of continuous running.
Worried you won’t be good/fast/fit enough?
We have taken non-runners to half marathons and beyond in a supportive environment that transforms not only your running fitness, but your confidence in just how far and fast you can be.
We meet at the Sports Hall in the Sports Complex on Mondays at 6.15pm.
The sessions consist of 30 minutes of core exercises and fun circuits, followed by a 30 minute running session for all abilities – nobody will get left behind.
