Results for the Rugeley Runners 10 mile race – 19.2.23
This race started and finished at Redbrook Hayes School Brereton Rugeley. The course went out of Rugeley on quiet but challenging and undulating lanes circling the beautiful villages of Longdon and Upper Longdon before heading back through the AONB of Cannock Chase with a final exillerating run down into Brereton.

This route gave runners the option of running 19, 28 or 36 miles. The route took runners along the banks of the River Severn between Ironbridge and Bridgnorth along the discussed railway line with great views of the river. Ian tackled the 28 mile Ultra.

Taking in spectacular, scenic views of the Warwickshire countryside, this undulating course took place on fully closed roads. Starting and finishing at Warwick Racecourse this race had the final 2km slightly downhill.

Results for the Cancer Research UK London Winter Run 10k – 5.2.23
The UK London Winter Run is a 10k challenge through the heart of the city, passing world famous landmarks, and instantly recognisable areas that had been taken over by winter creatures. The race started from Trafalgar Square and finished on Whitehall by Downing Street.
