Results for the Hampton Court Half Marathon – 20.2.22

This was race was run over a fast, flat and visually interesting course that borders the river-side grounds of the magnificent Hampton Court Palace to the South West of London .   The route covered a closed road loop around the picturesque village of Thames Ditton, the historic Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames marketplace, the iconic 3 mile stretch of the Barge Walk beside the Thames, and full views of Hampton Court Palace. King Henry VIII was there to cheer runners on!

Results for the Rugeley Runners 10 mile race – 20.2.22

This race started and finished at Redbrook Hayes School Brereton Rugeley. The course went  out of Rugeley on quiet but challenging and undulating lanes circling the beautiful villages of Longdon and Upper Longdon before heading back through the AONB of Cannock Chase with a final exillerating run down into Brereton.

Held at Salcey Forest this was a 10k race running around the forest in complete darkness with just head torches to lead the way.

Results for the Brighton Half Marathon – 27.2.22

Brighton Half Marathon is one of the longest established and most popular road races in the country.  The route started and finished on Madeira Drive running out towards the Marina and then back along the front to Hove Lagoon where runners turned back and headed towards the Palace Pier.

Results for the Leicestershire Half Marathon – 27.2.22

This race started and finished at the beautiful Prestwold Hall the ancestral home of the Packe-Drury–Lowe family.  The route started down the main driveway of the hall before making a circuit of the hall’s motor track. The course then went onto the closed roads of Prestwold, re-entering the estate for another lap of the airfield and finished in front of the grand hall.  Well done to Angela who came first in her age-catergory
