Results for The Cardiff Half Marathon – 4.10.15
Lisa Young ran this Welsh event which with almost 16,000 runners confirmed the event as Wales’ biggest mass participation event and the second biggest half marathon in the UK. The route took runners past the capitals most iconic landmarks, starting outside Cardiff Castle heading past Cardiff City Stadium on the way to Penarth. Past Penarth Marina crossing the barrage and heading to Cardiff Bay, through the bay taking in the Norwegian Church and Wales Millennium Centre. The course then headed towards the north of the city and looped round Roath Park Lake before a grandstand finish at the Civic Centre.

Results for The Great Cumbrian Run – 4.10.15
Alexandra Sharp ran in this half-marathon. The route started at Carlisle Castle and made its way through Carlisle City Centre and passed through the picturesque villages of Cumwhinton, Wetheral and Scotby before heading back towards Carlise and the Sheepmount Athletics Stadium for a grand finish.

Heart of England Forest Marathon – 3.10.15
Kelli Boyde completed this event which started in Henley in Arden, the route passed through the village of Ullenhall and then the magnificent “Coughton Court”. The main course continued through the town of Alcester then skirted Oversley Wood and several more thatched hamlets before arriving at Aston Cantlow. Included in the entry fee one Silver Birch, Oak or Beech tree, will be planted in the new forest. The planting will take place after the event and be in a specified location that runners can come back to in following years to inspect the results of their efforts.
British Heart Foundation Blenheim Palace 10k – 4.10.15
Sean Fox took part in the 10k option. Starting in the Great Court – at the heart of the palace, this magnificent route took in the beautiful parkland landscape of the estate and surrounding villages.
