Results for the Chester Marathon – 4.10.15

6 members took part in this marathon which boasts a fast and predominantly flat route; the closed roads covered 19 miles in England and 7 miles in Wales. Runners  went past all Chester’s iconic landmarks (Roman Walls, Cathedral, Medieval Rows,  Eastgate Clock, Amphitheatre) before heading out to the Cheshire and North Wales countryside and villages; runners returned alongside the River Dee for a finish at the Racecourse.   A PB for Leon and “spot on pacing” from the 4:30 pacer Dave Fawkner  !
