Results for the Kingsbury Classic 10k – 10.5.16
It was the 16th running of this classic 10k race through the glorious scenery of Kingsbury Water Park in Warwickshire. The route considered of two laps of footpaths, grass tracks and a short tarmac section twisting around the lakes and pools of the water park, with a section alongside the river. Results for the Chester Half Marathon – 15.5.16
This race has been running for 34 years and started and finished in the historic Roman/Medieval City. The route started at Chester Racecourse, before heading up Watergate Street, through the Walls and through the city centre. Runners then left the city through the Garden Quarter and headed out into the countryside through the village of Mollington. At halfway runners started heading back towards Chester and finished outside the Town Hall and Cathedral. Unfortunately Cathy McKeown had to pull out with injury after the first 3 miles.

James took part in this new 10k which started and finished in Old Market Square, and included a run along the river Trent, through the Lace Market and past what may be the UK’s oldest pub !
