This was a 3.3-mile out and back loop at Ryton Pools Country Park, runners decided how many laps they were  going to do on the day within the 6-hour time limit.

Results for the Llanelli Half Marathon – 10.2.19

This was a new route for 2019 which started and finished at Parc Y Scarlets, and took runners out along the Coastal Link Road through Sandy Water Park and linked up with the Millennium Coastal Path (MCP) towards Pwll, at which point the course returned and headed back towards Machynys before the runners exited the MCP and on to the B4304 and finally back on to the A484 before finishing back at Parc Y Scarlets.

Results for the Cannock Chase 5 & 10 Mile – 10.2.19

The course used an undulating two lap route (10 miles) around the trails and paths within Cannock Chase. Starting and finishing close to Penkridge Road Car Park.
