Results for the Montane Trail 13 Grizedale Forest – 3.2.19
The Grizedale Trail 13 & 26 started from Grizedale Forest Visitor Centre, near Hawkshead in the Lake District. The half marathon course was the first 13 miles of the marathon route and took place on good forest tracks. The route was ‘undulating’ but with great views of Coniston and surrounding areas.

Results for the Cancer Research UK London Winter Run 10k – 3.2.19
The UK London Winter Run is a 10k challenge through the heart of the city, passing world famous landmarks, and instantly recognisable areas that had been taken over by winter creatures. The race started from Trafalgar Square and finished on Whitehall by Downing Street.

The MAD DOG 10K is a great fun event that took place along the Southport shore line, normally with over 3000 runners taking part.

Results for the Centurion RC Grand Prix Race 4 – 3.2.19
This series of races are held at John Henry Newman Catholic College and are run on footpaths through flat (traffic free) parkland. Well done to Marie who won 3rd placed female. Read Dave’s race report here.
