Results for the Raceways Spring Shakespeare Races – 12.3.16
All the run distances started together running a different number of laps per distance, each lap was 5k, this year the laps were run in the opposite direction to previously years . The traffic free tarmac laps meant you could concentrate on your running and not worry about traffic !

Results for the Ironbridge Half Marathon – 13.3.16
4 Massey Runners took part in this scenic race which started at the arena in Telford Town Park and went down the Silkin Way, the route then went past Blists Hill Museum and Coalport China Museum and into the Severn Gorge following the old Severn Valley Railway line. Runners then crossed the world’s first Iron Bridge through Coalbrookdale and Rough Park back up onto the Silkin Way to the arena finish. A tough race with a mixture of terrains (paved, trail, gravel, mud) and a few tough undulations – but great organisation and supportive marshalls !!

Results for the Vitality Liverpool Half Marathon – 13.3.16
Marie combined the Everton FA Cup match with running the Liverpool half-marathon – both were wins for her with a new shiny PB and Everton progressing to the semi’s at Wembley.

Results for the Larmer Tree Marathon and 20 miles – 13.3.16
These races are advertised as 26.2(ish) and 20(ish) miles ! with about 90% of the route off road. Based around the Rushmore Estate, the routes took in views and beautiful countryside, with Dorset woodland and Wiltshire chalk down.
