3 Massey Runners took part in this undulating trail 10k run which offered a multi terrain alternative to most conventional 10k road races. Based mainly on fire roads running through the heart of the forest, the course took in some of Cannock’s finest scenery. Some of the course was offroad and involved a number of tough hills and a great wooden medal for all finishers.
