Results for the Head Torch 10k – 27.2.19

The second running of this race starting at 7.00 pm, this was held in Rugby along a disused railway line.  All competitors had to wear a head torch on the out & back 10k route.  Read Helen’s race report here

Results for the Tokyo Marathon – 3.3.19

The Tokyo Marathon course symbolizes the past, present and the future of Tokyo.  The race started at the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Buildings and headed east towards Nihombashi and then towards the Asakusa Kaminarimon Gate at 15km.  Runners then headed south towards the Tomioka Hachimangu Shrine at 20km. The route then wound through Tokyo with a turnaround point at 36km and past the Tokyo Tower with the finish at Tokyo Station/Imperial Palace.

Results for the Warwick Half Marathon – 3.3.19

The Warwick Half Marathon, run in aid of the British Heart Foundation took place from Warwick Racecourse, it followed its traditional route through the lovely Warwickshire countryside providing athletes with an excellent opportunity to compete in an undulating, traffic free road race.  Read Dave’s race report here.

Results for the Ashbourne 10 – 3.3.19

The Ashbourne 10 is a 5k, 10k or 10mile trail run on a smooth path.  Starting and finishing in Ashbourne Leisure Centre, the race is an out-and-back route along the Tissington Trail. Ashbourne is known as the gateway to The Peak District. This was a beautiful route with amazing views from the former train line across the Derbyshire Dales.  Read Helen’s race report here

This series of races are held at John Henry Newman Catholic College and are run on footpaths through flat (traffic free) parkland.
