The MFRC men compete in the Birmingham and District Invitation Cross Country League, a series of four races staged at different venues across the Midlands. MFRC are currently in Division 3. League Website

The MFRC ladies compete in the Midland Women’s Cross Country League, Division 2, with similar races to those in men’s league, but held sometimes at different venues. League Website
