Results for the Panda Bear Challenge – 1.2.22

This was a 3.3-mile out and back loop at Ryton Pools Country Park, runners decided how many laps they were  going to do on the day within the 6-hour time limit.

Results for the Icing on the Cake Trail Marathon – 5.2.22

This is the winter running of the “Icing on the Cake” route with runners tackling 13.1 or 26.2 miles in the Shropshire Hills and The Long Mynd.  The route covers a National Trust haven with the start and finish being at Carding Mill Valley. The course was fully marked but runners had to carry a map and compass, a rucksack and a minimum of 1lt water bottles and a 1st aid kit

Results for the Mad Dog 10k – 6.2.22

The MAD DOG 10K is a great fun event that took place along the Southport shore line, normally with over 3000 runners taking part.

Results for the Long Mynd Valleys Race – 6.2.22

The Long Mynd Valleys Race is the classic Shropshire Fell Race of 18.5km – a race of two parts with much fast running in the first seven miles gradually transforming into longer, steeper climbs and brutal descents. This is advertised as a TOUGH race and PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

Results for the Big Bear Challenge – 8.2.22

Held at Daventry Country Park, this was a 3.9 mile lap, which competitors could run as many laps as they wanted within the 6 hours.  The route was varied, relatively flat and runnable throughout.

Results for the London Winter Run 10k – 13. 2.22

The UK London Winter Run is a 10k challenge through the heart of the city, passing world famous landmarks, and instantly recognisable areas that had been taken over by winter creatures.  The race started from Trafalgar Square and finished on Whitehall by Downing Street.
