Results for the Abbott Dash to the Finish 5k – 4.11.17

This warm-up race for the NY Marathon began just outside the United Nations, turned onto 42nd Street, passing Grand Central Terminal, and then headed up Sixth Avenue past Radio City Music Hall before the finish in Central Park at Tavern on the Green.

Results for the New York Marathon – 5.11.17

The TCS New York City Marathon course runs through all five of New York City’s boroughs: Staten Island, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Manhattan’s iconic Central Park and was first held in 1970.  The race started at the Western end of Verrazano-Narrows Bridge on Staten Island and finished in Central Park, just outside of Tavern on the Green.

Results for the Marathon Des Alpes – Maritimes Nice-Cannes Marathon – 5.11.17

The 10th edition of the French Riviera Nice Cannes Marathon celebrated the return of the event on the Promenade des Anglais. This Marathon from Nice to Cannes offered one of the most beautiful courses in the world, but it also took on an extra dimension this year, 16 months on from the terrible tragedy that struck the city.   The Marathon is from the Promenade des Anglais (Nice) to the Boulevard de la Croisette (Cannes) along a unique coastline in the French Riviera.

Results for the Marlow Half Marathon – 5.11.17

This race was mile upon mile of good running on virtually traffic free country lanes. There was a Half Marathon or a 7 miler, the route was challenging, with the start and finish in the picturesque riverside town of Marlow and went through this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.  Read Dave’s race report here.

Results for the Rockingham 10 mile – 5.11.17

Set at Rockingham, Europe’s fastest racing circuit, this race was run in association with the Northants Athletics Association, and had a 5k, 10k or 10 mile distance.  There were some great age category results for Massey’s with Sonia coming 3rd in her category, Ian and Helen coming 2nd in their category, and Vir coming first.  Virginia was also 2nd female overall.  Read Vir’s race report here.
