Results for the Birch Challenge – 24.9.19
This was a 3.3 mile off-road loop at Cannock Chase, runners decided how many loops they wanted to do within the 6-hour time limit. The course was hilly, with 1 large incline and lots of rolling hills but towards the end of each lap runners had the amazing spectacle of crossing a river via the stepping stones. The route followed a recently established 5k fixed running route.

Results for the Milton Keynes Half Marathon – 28.9.19
The MK Autumn Run (previously the NSPCC Half Marathon) started at 1pm. The course wa almost entirely traffic free on the Redways (cycle paths) and took in some of the very best sights of Milton Keynes including the National Bowl, Furzton Lake, Howe Park wood and the ancient tiny church of St Giles, finishing off running back through the wonderful Emerson Valley linear park.

Results for the Berlin Marathon – 29.9.19
The course started and finished near the Brandenburg Gate; the route passed Charlottenburg, around Tiergarten, along Moabit and Mitte, and then south to Friedrichshain. After that, the course wound west etween Kreuzberg and Neukölln, through Schöneberg, over to Friedenau and Zehlendorf, before turning north back toward the city’s centre. Finally looping above Schöneberg, the course came full circle as it finished through the Brandenburg Gate. Delroy was the 5:00 hr pacer.

Results for the Barnstaple Marathon & Half-Marathon – 29.9.19
The 2019 Jewson Barnstaple Marathon and Half Marathon follows on from the very successful 2018 edition of the event. Marathon runners headed down the north side of the river first; this meant tackling the airbase at Mile 7-9 before heading back to Barnstaple for the start of the second half which will visit Fremington and Yelland. The Half route headed through Barnstaple and onto the Tarka trail towards Fremington.

This race started and finished in Lammas Park with a single lap, taking in parts of Central Ealing, Montpelier, Pitshanger, West Ealing, Hanwell and St Stephen’s before returning to Lammas Park.

Results for the Northampton Half Marathon – 29.9.19
The race started in the Town Centre with a tour of Northampton’s heritage before heading off to the surrounding countryside. The course headed down to Beckets Park via the cultural museum and Derngate theatre before heading to the banks of the river Nene. Runners followed the river to the white water centre and then into Brackmills and then out into the country to Great Houghton. With a final finish on the front lawn of Delapre Abbey.

Results for the Yorkshire Coast 10k – 29.9.19
This race started at the Scarborough Spa Complex, it was a traffic free, flat course around the spectacular Scarborough Castle Headland – including Scarboroughs’ historic South Bay seafront, Marine Drive, North Bay Open Air Theatre and the North Bay Promenade.
