Results for the Kenilworth Half Marathon – 10.9.23
The race was a one-lap course which started and finished in Kenilworth Town Centre and was an undulating out and back course along quiet country lanes with the first and last part on the town’s main street. This year there was also a 5k option which took runners through the castle grounds.

Results for the Great North Run – 10.9.23
This is the largest half-marathon in the world with more than 57,000 runners taking part. Starting in Newcastle upon Tyne the 13.1 mile route took runners through the city centre towards the River Tyne where runners crossed over the iconic Tyne Bridge, where if you were lucky you got a glimpse of the Red Arrows passing overhead. Runners then travelled through Gateshead towards South Shields where they ran along the sea front for the final one mile.

This 10K race is run mainly in quiet country lanes and was generally undulating with some hills between 4K and 7K. The race started on Kings Hill Road outside King Edward VI Leisure Centre and finished is on the cricket field adjacent to the start area
