Perhaps you’ve already started running but are now looking to improve your speed?
Whether you’re a beginner or improver our “Racefit” training programme will help you reach your running and fitness goals.
The 10 week course combines core conditioning training with group jogging sessions and will cater for EVERYONE OF ALL ABILITIES and build you up to 30 minutes and more of continuous running.
Worried you won’t be good/fast/fit enough?
Don’t be! We have taken non-runners to half marathons and beyond in a supportive environment that transforms not only your running fitness but your confidence in just how far and fast you can be.
The new course will be at the:
Massey Ferguson Social Club, Broad Lane, Coventry CV5 7NL
for ten Mondays at 6.15pm. The cost is £30.00
Ongoing RaceFit sessions
We meet at the Sports Hall in the Sports Complex at Woodlands Academy, Broad Lane, Coventry CV5 7FF on Mondays at 6.15pm.
Our sessions involve 40 minutes of core strengthening exercises using your own bodyweight which take place indoors. Some mats are provided, (but we encourage you to bring your own if you have one) then all you need is appropriate clothing for exercise. After the core session we go outside for various group jogging sessions and drills so please bring suitable clothing for the weather conditions.
