Wednesday 4th April – Phenomenal turnout of 87 runners at the 1st MFRC Summer Handicap race held at Westwood Business Park. Congratulations to Rachael Bignall & Darren Chambers on taking the 1st place
The 2017 Club Summer Handicap will be held on the first Wednesday of the month from April to August.
There will be a number of different venues
Each race will be a handicapped start. To qualify for the overall trophy you must complete in at least 4 of the events. After each race there will be a presentation of trophies for the first male and first female winner of each race.
Wednesday 2nd August – Fantastic turnout of 60 runners at the 5th MFRC Summer Handicap race held at The University of Warwick, with a new “out & back” course along the Greenway. Congratulations to Rebecca Prince & Dave Mason on claiming 1st place.
Wednesday 5th July – Fantastic turnout of 75 runners at the 4th MFRC Summer Handicap race held at The War Memorial Park. Congratulations to Naomi Kirk & Martin Smith on taking the 1st place.
Wednesday 7th June – Phenomenal turnout of 78 runners at the 3rd MFRC Summer Handicap race held at The Bear in Berkswell. Congratulations to Andrew Rollins & Fiona Ryan on taking the 1st place.
Wednesday 3rd May – Phenomenal turnout of over 70 runners at the 2nd MFRC Summer Handicap race held at the Memorial Park. Congratulations to Ruth Mahon & Trevor Day on taking the 1st place.
Wednesday 5th April – Phenomenal turnout of 87 runners at the 1st MFRC Summer Handicap race held at Westwood Business Park. Congratulations to Natalie Deven & Simon Trenchard on taking the 1st place trophies on the night. 
The 2016 Club Summer Handicap will be held on the following dates from April to August.
There will be 2 venues:
The Bear Inn at Berkswell and Xcel Sports Centre (Westwood Business Park)
Each race will be a handicapped start (apart from Race 3). To qualify for the overall trophy you must complete in at least 4 of the events. After each race there will be a trophy presentation at The Bear Inn or MF Social Club for that night’s event.

Wednesday 13th April – Phenomenal turnout of 76 runners at tonight’s 1st MFRC Summer Handicap race held at The Bear Inn, Berkswell. Congratulations to Jenna Pogue & Hugh Miller on taking the 1st place trophies on the night.
Wednesday 11th May – Fantastic turnout of 64 runners for the 2nd MFRC Summer Handicap race held at Westwood Business Park. Congratulations to Sophie Abbott & Jerry Trill on taking the 1st place trophies on the night.
Wednesday 15th June – Great turnout of over 60 runners for the 3rd MFRC Summer Handicap race held at The Bear, Berkswell. Congratulations to Jo Pinches & Stuart Sahan on taking the 1st place trophies on the night.
Wednesday 13th July – 50 runners turned up for the 4th race in the MFRC Summer Handicap series, the 3.3 2-lap route was held on Westwood Business Park. Congratulations to Kerry Grantham and Ian O’Donnell as first placed lady and man.
Wednesday 10th August – 42 runners took part in the 5th race, which started and finished at The Bear Inn. Great running by Darren Chambers and Lizzie Dobson gave them the first placed trophies
